Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Cut the potatoes into long thin french fry shapes.

Step 3. Combine the cut-up potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning as well as salt and pepper to taste in a large mixing bowl, and toss to coat the fries well.

Step 4. Spread the fries out in an even layer on a baking sheet.

Best Parmesan To Use?

It’s best to use a block of parmesan that you shred yourself. I don’t recommend buying bags of cheese because they are coated with a non-sticking agent, and it affects how it melts.

What Kind Of Garlic To Use?

For best results, use minced garlic. You’ll get the most flavor if you mince it yourself, but you can also buy the little jars of it already minced. If you don’t have any fresh garlic, you can swap it for garlic powder instead.

Can These Be Frozen?

Yes, you can freeze these french fries after they have been cooked and cooled. Place them in a freezer bag, and they’ll last up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer. They don’t have to be thawed to reheat.
