Fantastic Service

I was able to get the appointment quickly. However I didn't get a reminder call or text the day before. I was also confused since I was asked to take get an X-ray before the appointment or consulting the doctor/PA. I feel like I should have been consulted before making any decisions about my care.

The care provider is an excellent example in providing patient care. If I had to clone a professional care provider, it would be her. Obviously, her years of experience is a great asset She was familiar with my medical history and knew why I was there prior to coming into the room which make a big difference that she took a interest in the patient. The most Irritating thing a care provider asking "why are you here today?": She didn't wait to come into the room and not know something about my medical history. She asked direct questions. She listened and only responded after she completely heard me. She acknowledged me as a patient which goes a long ways as a recipient needing good medical care. Thank you for the care!

PA Benoit is AMAZING! She is incredibly compassionate, especially when I was a scared, nervous wreck, (and embarrassed by being so.)

Ms Benoit is a very good listener, very patient and empathetic. Having had a negative experience with a surgeon for the same problem I came back to see her. The way she treated me reiterated for me I had made the right decision.

My husband previously saw NP Benoit for issues with his shoulder which involved surgery. He highly recommended her. After the procedure I ran into a friend who asked me why I was limping. I explained that I was experiencing issues related to arthritis in my knee. She said that she too was experiencing pain and I told her to contact NP Benoit's office.
