Dr Keel is one of the best providers I have ever had the privilege of working with. He is everything I would want in someone to take care of such a serious issue that I had. I would come back to him anytime and would recommend him highly.

To be fair, most doctors today seem to keep their distance. They don't let personalities show. Tends to make you feel like you're on an assembly line.

I had a terrible appointment experience this time with Dr keel. I'm fact I cried. He seemed to lack empathy and didn't talk to me about resolution or feedback for anything

I truly appreciate Doctor Keel and his staff! They are kind, efficient and thorough!!!

I don't know if he had somewhere else to be but the visit seemed rushed and he was very dismissive and didn't really seem interested in my concerns. I really feel that I should get my copayment back as I think I was in there less than 5 minutes.

Dr. Keel is very impressive and offered to do the procedure the next morning which was wonderful considering how long it took me to get the appointment. Actually, not even considering the delay in getting an appointment (which I'm sure was not Dr. Keel's responsibility) to be treated within 24 hours is excellent.

My pain has mostly gone away since my initial diagnosis

Would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of the cause, specific location, and nature of the hip pain I have been experiencing.

Can't quite put my finger on it but Dr. Keel lacks a certain talent for communicating with patients. Walks in - no hello how are so and so. Walks in slides onto his stool and says your birthdate..... Then his explanation is just well it's old age and it happens. For goodness sake you can say I really don't know exactly what it is but here are the possibilities. Not sure he is a patient's doctor.

Dr Keel was not empathetic with my mother, it seems he was frustrated with the malfunctioning of his iPad and my mother's limited English skills. Had he had a bit of patience she could have communicated to him her concerns and answer any question

Dr.Keel is one of the most thorough in the business of healthcare.

This so called doctor has no concern about the patient. Formed incorrect conclusions about my motivations for being there. Bedside manner of a brick. I was made to feel like a cash cow and nothing else. By his parting comments I do believe he thought I was asking for a work release or disability classification. I am self employed and cannot quit working nor do I want to. I do however need to know some idea of what limitations I need to watch out for based on the condition of my spine he was treating me for. He also discounted the pain I was in and chided me about my pain meds with a comment "we don't believe in that here".

Doctor spent adequate time with me.

We discussed options for the best outcomes for my condition with physical therapy and walking daily to obtain best results
